Water quality

Start with your water.

Water conditions can vary from one home to another. Hardness, chlorine or chloramine, sediment, taste and odor, dissolved minerals, and other water-quality concerns can all influence which type of treatment makes sense. We begin by understanding the home's water source, existing conditions, and what you want to improve before recommending a system.

Whole-Home Water Treatment

Better water throughout the house.

Treat the water as it enters the home, helping address concerns such as hardness, scale, chlorine or chloramine, taste and odor, and other conditions depending on the selected system.

Whole-home water

Better water from tap to tap.

Whole-home treatment addresses the water before it moves throughout the property. Depending on the home's water conditions and the selected system, treatment may help reduce hardness, scale buildup, chlorine or chloramine, unpleasant taste and odor, and other specific water-quality concerns.

Hardness & Scale

Reduce hardness minerals that contribute to scale buildup on fixtures, surfaces, and water-using equipment.

Chlorine & Chloramine

Selected filtration systems can reduce chlorine or chloramine throughout the home when those disinfectants are present in the water supply.

Everyday Water Quality

Improve the water used for bathing, laundry, cleaning, fixtures, and other daily uses throughout the house.

Drinking water

Cleaner water where it matters most.

A dedicated reverse-osmosis system provides an additional level of treatment at the kitchen for drinking and cooking water. Depending on the selected certified system, reverse osmosis can reduce a broad range of dissolved substances and contaminants while improving taste and odor.

Multi-Stage Filtration

Carbon filtration, membrane treatment, reverse osmosis, and final polishing work together depending on the system design.

Dedicated Drinking Water

Filtered water is delivered through a dedicated kitchen faucet for drinking, cooking and food preparation.

Certified Contaminant Reduction

Available certified systems can provide verified reduction claims for specific contaminants such as lead, pentavalent arsenic, nitrate/nitrite, chromium, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and cysts, depending on the certified system selected.

Equipment & certification

Quality backed by real standards.

EagleVision works with established water-treatment equipment manufacturers and recommends system options based on the water conditions and goals of the home.

WQA-Certified System OptionsApplicable NSF/ANSI Performance Standards

Manufacturer warranty coverage and installation workmanship protection are provided based on the selected system and project agreement.

Current equipment options may include systems from Puronics and Excalibur, with additional treatment solutions available based on project requirements.

Puronics Defender iGen C — Current Whole-Home Reference

A whole-house softener and filtration system designed to reduce hardness and chlorine/chloramine-related taste and odor. WQA certified to NSF/ANSI 42 for chlorine taste and odor reduction, NSF/ANSI 44 for hardness reduction, and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for low-lead compliance.

Puronics Micromax 7000 — Current Drinking-Water Reference

A four-stage under-sink reverse-osmosis system. WQA certified to NSF/ANSI 58 for specific reduction claims including cysts, lead, pentavalent arsenic, cadmium, chromium, selenium, nitrate/nitrite and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS); to NSF/ANSI 42 for chlorine taste/odor and particulate; and to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for low-lead compliance.

Excalibur — Additional Equipment Option

Excalibur manufactures residential softening, filtration and reverse-osmosis equipment. System capabilities, certifications and warranty terms vary by model, so product-specific claims should always follow the selected equipment.

  4. Install the System

The selected equipment is installed and integrated with the home's plumbing in the appropriate location.

  5. Explain & Follow Through

We explain how the system operates, review ongoing maintenance needs, and remain available for questions and next steps.
