2. Event raffle / QR code registration
Step 1: Customer scans a QR code at our event booth or opens the raffle link.
Step 2: Customer enters name, email, phone, optional address, and homeowner status.
Step 3: Same unchecked, optional SMS consent checkbox and disclosure appear below the phone field.
Step 4: Customer may submit without checking. SMS opt-in is recorded only when the box is checked.

3. Careers application form
Step 1: Applicant visits the public careers page.
Step 2: Applicant enters name, email, phone, role, and experience.

4. Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads
Step 1: Customer completes a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form.
Step 2: The lead form includes our SMS disclosure language and a required opt-in checkbox or toggle (not pre-selected).
Step 3: Facebook records the lead with timestamp.
Step 4: Our team imports leads to CRM and sends SMS only when opt-in was captured as affirmative.
5. Direct requests to our team
Step 1: Customer speaks with an EagleVision representative by phone, email, WhatsApp, in person at an event, or during a home visit.
Step 2: Representative explains SMS message types, frequency, STOP/HELP keywords, and that consent is not required to purchase.
Step 3: Customer gives verbal or written consent.
Step 4: Representative documents consent in CRM with date, channel, and representative name before the first SMS is sent.
